Traditionally when we think of robots, we think of industrial machines that perform repetitive tasks either supervised or unsupervised. However, robotic machines are actually present in some of our favorite streaming software platforms in which we engage with our streamers. These robots are also known as chatbots, they assist streamers with managing the chat box while streaming their content. Chatbots require that streamers program them using commands that typically have an ! in front of them.
